McDonald’s

Such a kind drive through staff and indoor staff. The kind young lady at the drive through said she didn't see my order and asked I head inside, I went in, the nice young man at the counter showed me his screen, my order wasn't there, but asked what I ordered and they immediately knew what was up and who I was. Super friendly and resourceful.

I was very happy that they had ice cream! The McDonald's in Dayville can't keep their ice cream machine operational. The ice cream was good, the service fine. The place could've used a little cleaning. A greasy look to the floor, dirty bathroom, sticky tables, etc.. also the bathroom was partially dysfunctional. One sink didn't work, one soap dispenser was empty and the sink that did work barely worked. I couldn't get the water to come out. I thought I was gonna have to leave with soapy hands because there are no paper towels anymore. Again most importantly their ice cream machine works! Bravo!

I myself have never been to this particular McDonald's. I was in someone else's car, when the driver took a quick detour, using the drive thru. As we were leaving, he handed me a chicken sandwich, asking me if I was hungry. I love these sandwiches while they are still at least warm. There was no line, no waiting at the time, so my surprise chicken sandwich was a delicious, unexpected treat 😋

I would like to file a complaint regarding a very unpleasant experience. I placed a mobile order, and when I went to pick it up at the drive-thru, the employee serving the food was not wearing gloves and handled the food directly with their hands. I find this unhygienic and completely inappropriate. As a customer, I did not feel cared for or respected. McDonald’s should pay much closer attention to these basic hygiene practices, as they directly affect the health and safety of customers. Situations like this should not happen.

Luis was amazing, service was awesome, food came out super fresh. And he was super friendly. Will come back soon with my whole family.
