Wish I can put 0 starts Order happy meal never got it Asked for 6 piece nuggets got home only to find 2 fish patties in the box. This is Horrible customer service

I came in on a Friday with my kids expecting to order and dine in. I had cash at the time so needed to order at the register. A manager asked me if I was ordering or picking up and when I said ordering he walked away and never came back to help. So we left and went to Whataburger across the street that had was better service. Then I ordered through Uber Eats tonight and paid for extra sauces and didn’t receive not 1 at all. If I pay for something I expert I receive it. Do better McDonald’s!

They messed up my order and left out a meal. When I went back to tell them, the manager gave me the 3rd degree and treated me like I was trying to steal a meal. Dropped food out the door and shut it on me. Horrible way to treat someone when your team made a mistake. It goes without saying, I won’t ever be back.

Clearly says NO BEEF all over, yet puts beef. I give up ordering from this place. I’m paying more money without beef. You have it all over the packaging yet you still include beef. Staff needs help or train job or both

Doordash- expect about an hour and your order to be wrong. Drivethru- expect 30-45 minutes - regardless of how many people are in line. Ridiculous. Ordered no cheese. Ticket says no cheese. I got extra cheese. So irritating.4th time. Never ordering from here again.
