I ordered through the drive through recently and my fries were soggy and covered in burnt oil residue. It was disgusting. I went inside and got a refund. If you know your oil needs to be replaced why continue frying food and giving it to customers? I feel like it can make somebody sick. I will not be returning.

They gave me barely full, medium, cold fries and have the audacity to charge for ranch too.

I don’t recommend this place because it’s the third time in the past three months they get something wrong on my order. It even showed on the receipt what I ordered and it’s almost like they did things on purpose. So I went there last Thursday afternoon (1/11/24) and six burgers that order customized were wrong and what bothered me the most was that the receipt had a label saying it was double checked. They put 6 pickles on a burger I ordered with no pickles! It even said on the box no pickles. They gave me the burgers the opposite of how I ordered them. My rational thinking says they did it on purpose. The girl at the second window didn’t even greet me and I get it, it’s fine, they’re busy but doing my order wrong multiple times is not cool. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and only got an egg. Freaking frustrating to drive there and need to drive back

I've never had issues at this location until recently. The lady at the 2nd drive up window is rude and rushing. When I went to check my bag she seemed annoyed saying it's all in there. Well it wasn't. So thank you for forgetting 2 of my items.
