Kudos to Dawn for stepping in and providing excellent service. She took the time to provide an apology for what was a minor inconvenience. She went on to go above and beyond by providing replacements for food (I told her she didn’t have to). So once again, thank you Dawn.

My review should have happened before this but enough is enough. First I will say it always smells like raw sewage here. Ordered food for myself and daughter. Nothing crazy. Kids chicken nuggets and they were old, and they forgot the sauce. Every time I come here it's always jacked up. Food is never good. Drive the extra 5-10 minutes to the McDonald's in Matamoras PA

Every single time they mess up the order. Years it's been happening. Then when they try to fix the amount they mess up more. We always wind up paying more than we should. Or get home to find half our order missing etc. The food is always thrown together and sloppy and sometimes cold. Wish there was another option there. I'd never go there again.

Ordered double cheese burger, medium well done French fries and medium diet. Received double cheeseburger, unsalted cold fries and medium diet. I don't understand why they lie to you. The young man at drive thru actually called back to me my order " well done medium fries". This McDonald's is a joke. You would think being on the corner of Rt 84 & Rt 23. They would be 5 star. They are nit.

This is a nice little spot. Stopped here while on the road and was not disappointed. It was clean and spacious. The decorations and set up is very modern and chic. I love the island and the fresh flowers. Those little touches bring it up a level. I also love that the associates are very helpful and friendly, they assist people who are unfamiliar with the self order kiosks and with whatever else they need help with. They also have a play place for kids which looks fun and clean and it appears that the kids enjoy it. My order was correct and came out quickly. The bathrooms were also spacious and very clean which is always a plus. I would definitely stop here again. 👍
