I’m truly disgusted with my lunch today 😭 I ordered the no. 7, two cheeseburgers and when I arrived home to enjoy my meal. When I opened my sandwich and saw chicken I thought “maybe I got the wrong order” but they were pretty much empty. And I thought maybe they’re trying to put me on to something new and when I tell you it was the most disgusting thing! 😣 lucky I was home and was able to take the cheese off and try to remove the mustard and ketchup and added mayo and lettuce. But idk I don’t understand how you accidentally confuse chicken and ground beef. Very disappointed couldn’t even enjoy my meal and just threw it away 😭

My orders in curbside, have always been correct. The fries are always hot and crispy.

Great location. The food is consistent and the service is on point. I’ve never had an issue with a messed-up order here, which is rare for a fast-food spot. Solid 4 stars for the reliability.

First of all none of the food that I ordered was correct after having to pull up and wait for it to be brought outside to me so upon getting home which I live four minutes away, the fries were cold. I was supposed to have a double quarter pounder deluxe it wasn’t a double quarter pounder deluxe it was a regular double quarter pounder the other double quarter pounder was supposed to be a regular double quarter pounder and it was only a single quarter pounder. The fries were ice cold and terrible. I tried to call several times Only to get no answer and to find out that voicemail has not been set up yet the service was terrible. The guy asked me what at least five times like he could not understand anything that I was saying obviously he didn’t know what I was saying because he didn’t type on

Let me start by saying you should go to the McDonald's on Miami Blvd. They are great!! This location WILL get your order incorrect every time, no matter the staff turnover. The issue lies heavily on management and ownership. I ordered a McDouble without pickle or onion. I received a McDouble with lettuce and without ketchup. And it was still wrong from the order receipt (not what I ordered) that said "Only, mustard, ketchup and American cheese" I hope this McDonald's is replaced with a different restaurant.
