McDonald's

Used to be one of my favorite locations, it's TERRIBLE now. Last week my husband waited 30 minutes to get our food all for them to her it wrong and he waited another 15 mins for them to correct it. I decided to come here thinking maybe they just had a rough night, for the SAME EXACT thing to happen! I'm still waiting as. I write this. I needed them to fix 2 cheeseburgers and it's been 10-15 mins and there's very few customers in here. It would've been faster making the extra drive to Stafford

Absolutely horrible experience, placed an order through the app, waited more than long enough, came to the store and it was not ready, kept telling me it's a drive thru order when in fact it wasn't it says on screen PICKUP AT COUNTER, they acted like I was trying to scam them out of a 6 dollar meal 🤣 when I finally was hastily handed the food I ordered by the ever so rude manager, I was given the wrong drink, I ordered sweet tea and a small cup was shoved at me, after the horrible in store experience I go to eat my food and this is just INEDIBLE, stale burger that seems like its been sitting around all day, old soggy nasty fries and of course no sauce for my rock hard nuggets. DO BETTER because you're gonna lose your whole customer base unless that's what you're aiming for...

I rarely go to McDonald’s, but I figured a simple dine-in order on a Saturday would be quick. It wasn’t. I ordered a quarter pounder and two standard chicken Happy Meals – no customization at all – and it took 30 minutes from the moment I swiped my card to when the food finally showed up. We were dining in, and the staff told me they were “absolutely overwhelmed” by the lunch rush. The part that made no sense is that there were easily 15 people in the kitchen, yet the food still took half an hour and wasn’t even hot when it arrived. Pretty disappointing. The only positive: the location looks newly renovated and has a solid play area, which helped keep the kids occupied while everyone was starving. Overall, not the experience you expect for basic fast food.

Absolutely ridiculous, we placed an order for curbside pickup before leaving the house, arrived and it wasnt ready, waited for 25 minutes and it still wasnt ready. Went inside to inquire about where our food was, recieved attituted from the lady who came up after informing her we're here for our food and it's NOT done. She made a rude face as she turned away, probably thinking we couldnt see it. When we recieved our food, it was old food that had been sitting out long enough to be almost cold, and the fries were not only old, but also overcooked and severely under salted. Big mac was drowned in sauce despite us not asking for or even wanting extra bic mac sauce. My husband and I doordash for palmer , ware and belchertown..we ordered our own food this is how I recieved it..These resturaunts treat dashers and customers like crap I have reported it to Eleni Gomez the owner with no response ..I slipped and fell in their resturaunt on an advertisement on their floor I hpt 0 call from the owner to see if I wad ok..Now I see why our customers complain about damaged food its due to thr workers
