The way that man treated me at the counter last night was enough for me to never spend my money with these people ever again. He smiles at you knowing you’re spending money but if you come a dollar short his whole attitude changes and he’s very nasty to you. I was feeling under the weather and decided I would go get a smoothie and a water to feel better this guy charged me a dollar extra to substitute banana for mango something no one has ever done before I didn’t add anything extra and then pushes the water out the way because I didn’t have a dollar to pay for it when the whole plan was to get a small smoothie and the water for $7. Metro gourmet deli is an absolute gem located in Parkchester Bronx convenience of having such a great spot nearby is unbeatable, especially when you're looking for a quick bite The prices are surprisingly reasonable, making it an easy choice for anyone in the area. I order platters from here for an event and the presentation of it was great and it was delicious. Their juice bar/ smoothie bar is the best in the whole Bronx. The staff is always pleasant and welcoming, which adds to the overall positive experience. And let me tell you, their carrot cake is to die for—easily the best I’ve had in a long time! Whether you're in the neighbor this place is a must-try.

It was my first time at this location. I asked for a steak quesadilla and what I got was ground beef oily. I asked with extra steak and when I got it they charged me $14.00 extra. When arrived home I noticed it was not a steak quesadilla. They don’t know how to make a steak quesadilla. If I can give a zero I would. Would not be going back. The worse I had. Look at the pictures and judge for yourself.. I threw it out a wast of money.

I just got the worst chopped cheese I’ve ever seen in the bx. 1. They layered cheese like a deli sandwich 2 soaked the entire thing in ketchup. Why are simple things so hard? I miss the old school deli’s.

This place makes the BEST Acai Bowls and smoothies. My favorite Smoothie is the Antioxidant Berry Smoothie. I buy the Acai Bowl when I'm hungry but want to eat something healthy especially late at night. The employees are really efficent and polite. They're open 24 hours 7 days a week.
