This food truck has delicious tacos... arguably the best in the area. The flour tortillas are better than most and the potatoes are the most flavorful and well cooked than any I've had in San Antonio. The green salsa is fantastic and spicy. The food truck seems to have consistent hours and days. It is located in the Silver Fox parking lot. There is a picnic table to sit at near the food truck if you want to eat there.
