Moe's Southwest Grill

Quality continually goes down hill. Rice is consistently undercooked, I've gotten a whole bell pepper in my burrito before. The only thing giving the 2nd star is that it's cleaner than the chipotle across the street

I usually eat at Moe’s and have never faced anything like this, but this visit was something else. I was given what looked like 75% of a scoop of chicken, asked for double rice (which I’ve done at plenty of other locations) and got a weird look like I’d asked for something illegal, and then requested a lot of sauce apparently that officially means only 3–4 lines. Who knew there was a strict sauce policy? The food was fine, but the portion control and side-eye really took the experience to another level.

Very Disappointing – Not Worth the Price Got my order from UberEats.. Extremely disappointed with my order. I got a burrito that barely had four tiny pieces of chicken. Got chicken bowl with extra chicken and got dangerously low protein— seriously? For the price I’m paying, I expect a decent portion of protein, not a tortilla filled mostly with rice and beans. The portion was absurdly small and definitely not worth the cost. If I wanted a vegetarian burrito, I would’ve just ordered one. I don’t mind paying more for quality, but this felt like a complete rip-off. Do better, Moe’s.

I did not know it was burrito Monday until I was grabbing cash to pay. What a deal!!! $7+ change for a HOMEWRECKER, chips & salsa to go. Service with a smile from everyone behind the counter and made perfectly. I have one suggestion…. Can corporate please send a few of the guys that were working the Transit Rd , Clarence location out to the new NF store to train them on the way Moe’s puts a burrito together,

Might be the dirtiest restaurant I've ever been to, staff could care less and portions were ridiculously small for the prices they charge. Also pretty sure they screwed me on the rewards I tried to use. Won't ever go back to this location
