Niagara Inn Bed & Breakfast

Such a charming Victorian style house! The very respectful host keeps everything very clean! Self check-in with coded locks and plenty of parking space in the backyard. It's not super close to the falls but still walkable. The room is pretty quiet and barely hear other guests from other rooms. Quiet and safe neighborhood as well. Perfect location when visiting the niagara falls. Overall, it's a pleasant stay!

Not one to run down someone’s business but I couldn’t help but write a review! Our stay was not the best! Place was not very clean at best! Need of a deep cleaning and facelift for sure! Have stayed in a few other B&B’s in the area ! They were much nicer! Breakfast was discussing at best! Both mornings! Very poor value for what we paid! Will not recommend to others and will personally never stay there again!

2.5 stars rounded up to 3. This was not my favorite bed & breakfast. We ended up in one of the older, non-renovated rooms with a stiff bed and creaking furniture. There was a wedding party staying the same night we were there, and they were pretty loud. That said, our room had a beautiful view and I liked the proximity to downtown Niagara Falls.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our host didn't speak English well, but communicating with a translator app worked perfectly. He was from Beijing. The best surprise was the use of a parking pass!!!! This saved us $35 daily to park near Table Rock. We rode the WeGo around during the day. There is a WeGo stop a block away (2 half blocks) but it doesn't start until after 9 am. We avoided the crowds at the Falls by going early. ||The B&B is very clean. They ask that you remove shoes on entry and provide slip-on house shoes while there. Tea and coffee is available 24 hours and there Is a hot water pot in the room as well. Don't expect an American breakfast but it was DELICIOUS. We absolutely loved it. Great value if you enjoy a unique experience.

Personal and welcoming, though not ideal for travelers who prefer hotel-level privacy.
