Nick The Greek

I was in the area and wanted something quick to grab for dinner and I saw Nick the Greek. Located in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking, this location has a huge dining area! The service was great and quick. I wanted something small and got a falafel gyro. The ingredients and vegetables tasted so fresh! There’s plenty of seating inside and outside and I got my food quickly and devoured it. One thing I also love at Nick the Greek is their fro yo and adding baklava! Some locations I ask for the baklava at the bottom and put the chocolate coating on top. Soo good!

Food is good, fresh, and well spiced. Tables and decor are clean. Service was friendly. Then I looked at the meat and there's hardly any there. When I'm in Germany the Turks pile on the meat. Chicken is their version of vegetarian. So why no meat? Is the owner vegan? Is this some sort of statement. Shame because it's good. Shame for the rating cause I'm hungry and filling up on rice ain't my thing.

First time trying this place, picking up food before 12hr night shift. I usually love Greek/Mediterranean food so I was kind of excited. I ordered a Gyro plate beef/lamb which came with a choice of rice or fries and a side of salad. I asked for rice. I just about 8pm got a chance to look at my food and found I now have 2hr old fries rather than the rice I asked for. I probably won't get a chance to eat until about 10 so they will be 4hr old fries at that point. With no cafeteria available and not much open past 8pm around here ...... very disappointing. Probably won't visit there again.

Very quiet store but delish gyros. Let's keep this location open by giving them more business. Tell em John sent you!

Two of us had the opportunity of having a great lunch at Petaluma's new and only Greek restaurant. We found everything to be absolutely delicious and well-made. We ordered, Souvlaki, Greek salad, Lamb gyro, regular salad and iced yogurt, and fountain drink. We highly recommend this new restaurant and urge you to try it out. It's easy to find easy to get to lots of free parking. A+.
