Haitian Sandwich was killer. Food was ready in under 5 minutes. Staff were very friendly. Definitely will come back

Oh my goodness, I had the most amazing sandwich from the new food truck, Sabor, at the Petaluma Fairgrounds! It was the Haitian Griot Banh Mi (this is per the article in the Argus recently - "layered with Latian Kreyol-seasoned pork shoulder and pikliz slaw on toasted baguette") Ashley patiently explained the ingredients to me. It is a generous sized sandwich and I really should have saved half for dinner but I could not stop. Great flavor and I can't wait to try more of the menu. They are between Java Hut and El Roys for lunch Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Definitely recommend. Plus you are doing a good deed supporting Sonoma Family Meals support our community. Win-win!

I had the Haition pork sandwich it was delicious, the service was good the price is reasonable. The atmosphere was fine at the Fairgrounds I will get food there again. 😋

I had a delicious Haitian pork wrap that hit the spot! The Thai wrap also looked good ,next time!
