Paige Stevens was one of the best representatives I’ve ever spoken to from any governmental NC agency. She rocks! Gloria was great as well, very sweet. They have some really nice people working there, minus their front desk people, don’t let these reviews lie. These people are great but busy.

Paige Stevens is one of the most disrespectful supporters, I have dealt with. Do not speak with her as you will not be able to get a word out without her yelling and having a rude tone or just straight up hanging up on you. Don’t expect a call back with leaving a voicemail or trying to get in contact again if she hangs up.

This agency should be non existent because they are failing miserably at their job!! They do not properly investigate complaints against county EMS. My son was in a single vehicle automobile accident in 2022 in Davidson County, NC. Two bodycam videos show my son was deprived of oxygen, airway management, and CPR! He died at the scene and was then given an unethical medical exam in the back of the ambulance. There were no consequences for anyone involved and the crew members continue to go on 911 calls. This is unacceptable. I think it’s past time for Chief Tom Mitchell to retire. People are still dying and the NCOEMS does nothing!! If you are in a traumatic accident in NC, you most likely won’t survive because they don’t care if you live or die. Do better!! We the citizens demand better pr
