Onset Water Department

Never found anyone there when I went by. When I did receive a call back, I was told I didn't go far enough around the building. I was in the garage area, and there didn't seem to be any further back that I could go. All is well, I did get my question answered. However, I still have a very strong chlorine odor in my water, even with a whole home water filtration system connected directly where the water source comes into the house. I was told it should last for only another 2 weeks or so and that it was, I believe .02% that was being added. I could be a little off on the percentage. It's been more than 2 weeks, and I still have the chlorine odor, so much so that I am still boiling water to make my coffee.

Called Monday, Meter Changed out Tuesday

Amazing personal, professional people. Had a issue and they came right out. Diagnosed the issue, which was a puzzling noise, fixed it on the spot. Very greatful for all they did.
