Oteri's Italian Bakery

I got a cake from Oteri’s for my best friends gender reveal and they were wonderful. They were very thorough when taking my order and the overall customer service was great. The cake was so delicious, everyone enjoyed it. It was a very fair especially for a cake that fed 20+ people. I definitely recommend!

I preordered a strawberry crunch cheesecake that looked great in the display case, but what I received was an absolute mess. I stood around for a long time being ignored before a rude employee finally fixed it—barely. The toppings slid right back off on the drive home. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking the taste might be better than the presentation, but it wasn’t. The cake tasted like it was made with cheap ingredients. I didn’t enjoy a single thing about it and would not recommend.

Oteri’s absolutely exceeded my expectations with my heart-shaped cake! From the moment I saw it, I was in love—the design was beautiful, clean, and made with so much attention to detail. The cake was incredibly moist, perfectly sweet, and tasted just as amazing as it looked. Everyone kept asking where it came from! You can really tell Oteri’s puts care and pride into their work. I will definitely be ordering again and highly recommend them for custom cakes and special occasions.

The staff at Oteri’s Frankford Ave were absolutely soo amazing and accommodating. Not to mention the show-stopper of a cake that was made for my clients birthday, the host absolutely loved it and the cake was delicious. Definitely ordering again in the future .

I ordered a same day cake on Wonder from here. It was very easy and came within 40 min of the order. The cake was big and beautiful and even had the writing I asked for! It was 45 plus delivery coming to 60$ total. Unfortunately when we cut into the cake it was stale which was so disappointing. The icing was good though.
