Otter Place Vacation Rental at Lake Placid NY

35 Otter Place was a fantastic place for our whole family. The house was immaculate upon our arrival. The house provided all the amenities needed for an excellent week. The hot tub was situated nicely in the patio area which also included 2 grills, a fire pit and dining table. All the rooms had individual air conditioners which were more than adequate during a hot week. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking during the week. Out hosts provided instructions for utilizing the appliances and TVs in all the bedrooms. The house is conveniently located within walking distance (or a short car ride) of Lake Placid Village and Mirror Lake. It is without hesitation that we would recommend 35 Otter Place as a vacation destination when visiting Lake Placid.

We had an incredible time. The house was very new, clean, modern, spacious, and conveniently located very close to all the destinations. There were plenty of activities for our children in the basement play area to keep them occupied for several days. The hot tub was super relaxing after full days of hiking. The hosts responded instantly and attended to all our needs. Thank you for an amazing stay!

What a great house! Perfect for our extended family! Large gorgeous fireplace and plenty of space inside and out! We were able to cook all of meals and ring in the New Year in this beautiful Lake Placid getaway. We will back in the summer for sure. Owners were responsive when we needed them. Pictures do not do this home and property justice! So spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of tv’s and lounge space. Provided every item and more for a perfect stay. Every family member enjoyed themselves and was impressed with our stay. All instructions were very clear. Upon return to Lake Placid, we would definitely request to stay again.

What an amazing stay! Michael was super attentive and was very quick to respond to us. The property was clean and organized. We will recommend his property to others and hope to make it back next year!
