Panera Bread

COCKROACHES regularly in the dinning area, crawling on tables, ad this cafe in Morrisville NC. Now the THIRD TIME I have shown this two them over months, and they are still in this cafe. See photos. If they are allowing them to crawl around in the dinner area, what is happening in the kitchen area???

Got a salad here. The picture has nice green romaine lettuce while… what I got is a pile of iceberg lettuce and a minuscule amount of chicken. Feel like it’s one of those examples of a tv commercial of a Big Mac versus what you get in real life. Yeah tried Panera and again and definitely confirmed when you’re looking to be let down, choose Panera.

Placed a pickup order at 12:40pm for pickup at 12:50pm. The instructions told me to pick up at the rapid pickup window. My wife goes to pickup. At 1:25, she texts me the attached photo asking where our food is. They ended up not putting it there but had it up at the other pickup area for in-house orders. When she got the food, they also let her walk away without grabbing the entire order (a drink). I had to return to the store to get it. Edit: Also just realized they forgot the chips in our order as well.

If I could give less than one star l would. Ordered two whole salad and got 50% lesser than half salad. Showed it to the manager and he made us wait for 30 mins to give another bowl redone which was still half the quantity . The manager has severe anger issues and is very short tempered , doesn't know how to talk to a customer and yelled at us. The front desk student worker who took the order was very rude in her replies. Horrible manager in the evening and horrible front order person . Management needs to look into this

Panera, this was beyond unacceptable. I ordered a Mediterranean sandwich as a vegetarian on Uber eats From Panera, and you added bacon to it. How does this even happen? It’s not just a mistake—it’s a complete lack of care and common sense. Checking for basic dietary restrictions, especially between vegetarian and meat options, is the bare minimum. This shows zero respect for your customers or their preferences. Completely disappointed and will not order from Panera again. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their process to avoid such incidents in the future.
