Panera Bread

I had another great experience at Panera Bread in Williamsville. I was genuinely impressed when Gaby, one of the team members, recognized me even though it had been several weeks since my last visit. That kind of attention to detail and customer care really stands out. Gaby and the entire team are always warm, welcoming, and professional. The place is very clean, and the overall atmosphere is friendly and inviting. It is always a pleasure to stop by. Thank you to Gaby and the whole crew for making every visit such a positive one.

My experience here as a regular, is that they’re get pretty busy in the mornings (can’t speak for the other hours of the day). That said, even a simple order of a toasted bagel and coffee can take quite long. Today I did my regular takeout and later realized my bagel was burnt): it actually looks worse in person. The staff seemed stressed out and were making it quite visible— which I understand, they can have a rough day, but it’s unfortunate that my poor bagel was affected.

Fabulous service here! On my return home to 🇨🇦 I stopped in for coffee and a scone after my appt. In buffalo today. Noticed the food which was coming out looked amazing 👌 The orange scone was one of the best I've tried and I always love the mild coffee ☕️ I bought a pecan braid to bring home with me 😋 Highly recommend if you're in Williamsville/ Main Street area 👍 Busy place but great atmosphere and lots of seating . Patio outdoors and free parking 👌

I went to get some broccoli cheddar soup, and they were out of baguettes. When I went to pick up my order, I asked if I could pay for a sandwich bread instead. Patrick stepped in and said, “We can just give it to you,” and even asked if I’d like it toasted! That’s awesome customer service — thank you again!

Do you like ordering online and having items missing when you pick up your order? If so, this the perfect place for you! If you prefer all of the items you purchase to be in your bag, you should probably try a different location.
