pay meter parking next to barley pub

PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT PARK HERE!! I pulled in, took a picture of my plate and tried to pay with the app. Couldn’t get it to work, then went to the kiosk to pay. The kiosk had a blank blue screen. I was in the lot for 16 minutes trying to pay and moved my car immediately when I realized I had no way of paying and I didn’t want to get towed. Got a ticket for $85. Never again!!

Do not park here!!! Way over priced and they will mail you a ridiculous “ticket”. While I was filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, I noticed there have been over 500 other complaints about this scam just in the last year. Would be great if the city of St Augustine would do something about it. I guess they’re waiting for enough complaints?

DO NOT PARK HERE. The business practices seem very unethical. My husband paid for parking using the kiosk in the lot and left before the time expired. Over a week later he received an $85 ticket in the mail from Professional Parking Management. Our credit card transactions showed the parking charges were paid to Asta Parking, who explained that Professional Parking Management was one of their subcontractors. Asta confirmed that the credit card charges were accurate and the parking did not exceed the time paid for, yet they subcontracted this case to Professional Parking Management to seek additional charges. Very odd. They explained that any dispute of the citation had to be filed directly with Professional Parking Management. My husband filed a dispute and submitted his credit card charge

DO NOT PARK HERE. This is a scam. They will send you a $85 BS parking charge in the mail. Find somewhere else to park and do not fall for this scam parking lot.

Do not park here. Way over-priced. Paid $16 for 3 hours and got an invoice for $90 because I stayed a couple of minutes longer. In other places you receive a reminder by text message
