We have been dealing with this terrible business for months now. We had no problems in the beginning. But in September we started having a lot of charges coming out. Told the guy who got us in with this company that we wanted to close the account and get out money back. Because they pulled $144 and $124. When our fee was only $25 a month. We have not used this machine since September and are still being charged to this day. I spoke to annnette and she told me I had a refund on the 17th of September and never received one. Called back in and spoke to Yvonne the supervisor, and she was very rude to me and when I sent her the screenshots of everything I had, she stated she was going to talk to Annette and get back with me, I never heard anything back.

The company pretend to be the partner of Chase and acknowledged that they can process China Union Pay. We agreed to use them. Then very quickly find out that they could not process China Union Pay and they also started charge before we start to test the machine. We requested refund. Jessica Dorsey, the sales rep. agreed to refund. But they continued to charge us for another two months for two companies even we didnot use the machine. Jessica tried to delay submitting cancellation form and said that now it is out of her control. Worst company ever. Donot get cheated by them. If I could select zero star, I will give them zero.

I should have looked at the review prior to agreeing to meet with their sale person. I knew what I wanted and what I did not want, I extensively discussed details and fees with the sales person Wayne Holloway. After signing up, I quickly rejected this decision because its either their sales person is very ignorant on the fine details involved or he knowingly withheld information by lying just to gain a customer. There are enormous hidden fees, you'll get several charges to your back account with no explanation. They will sign you up for upgraded service plan you did not agree to. They will lock up into a 3 year contract even though I specially asked if this is a contracted service and if I can cancel anytime without re-precaution, cancellation charge is $495 without verbal disclosure. The salesmen who I opened the account with tried to convince me by providing better rate with no contract, no fee on terminal,..also promise to cover the early termination fee for switching to their company, no PCI fee, no other fee. After switching, he did not reimburse me early termination fee from old company, when I closed the account, they said I have the contact. After using for a while, there are a lot of fee add up more and more including PCI that the salesman promised that they don’t charge.

i will second the robo calling scammer -- that starts out " Attention Attention" i have gotten at least 30 of these call asking me to call Annette Mensch --- how funny she is an owner of the company. When i asked to speak with and told her what happened she hung up on me. I filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney generals office as well as FTC better business bureau failure ignore the owners comments - read the reviews --- they get an "F" and are not accredited. MY ADVISE STAY AWAY FROM ANY COMPANY WITH BAD BBB REVIEWS OR ONE THAT RESORTS TO ROBO CALLING --- THEY MUST BE DESPERATE
