Petaluma Village Cafe

Worst customer service. I arrived at 3:08 pm, and they delivered 4 sandwiches 50 minutes later. This Coffee & Deli/Sandwich shop needs qualified workers. Their reason for the delay was “the machine is broken.” Why didn't they tell us earlier? My daughter was starving and crying. The cooks were just wasting time in the back of the store talking. Owner, you need to do something ASAP.

Kind workers but took forever to get our food and we were the only customers. Food also had little flavor and I think most of it was frozen food they just heated up.

My daughter had a Mango smoothie. She said very good.

Aww man.. I’m pretty sure I just got an oat chocolate milk instead of a mocha. I should have known when I saw her just turn on the espresso machine. But my $9 iced mocha either had none or very weak espresso added. Bummer and a waste of a very expensive drink.

We stopped in to charge our car and decided to grab a quick bite while we were there. Found this little cafe and ordered an off the menu custom salad. They were great at making it happen! They're just really good people and we'll be charging our car their on our road trips moving forward so we can grab a coffee and some food before we head back out. BONUS: It's in a shopping outlet so, yeah. 🌈
