ASK to sample, if crunchy its a obvious NO. DONT be misled by warming, if its a little crunchy its will be hard within 3 min. All the best to hard working consumers watching your wallet (5.43)

Purchased 10 pretzels and mini cheesesteak cup. Pretzels were hard and stale. Mini cheesesteak dry with hardly anything in them. None of the above items were fresh. Waste of $17 dollars.

ordered 50 individually wrapped pretzels for an early pick up. Didn't realize we only got 20. Called and spoke to a very pleasant person I think he name was Mike. The order write up look like 20 not 50. He apologized and said he would cook and deliver them as soon as possible. Within 30 min. they were delivered and he apologized again.

Got cinnamon sugar and a hotdog pretzel and it was DELICIOUS. so soft and buttery! The place smells heavenly when you walk in. They also can make custom pretzel shapes for events and celebrations which is so creative and cute!

I was greeted by Katy and her crew when I walked in. She was very helpful and polite. I’ll definitely be back to this location again.
