This place is about 1.5 hours away from me, and I gota tell you. This is it! I will drive to this spot many more times!! If you like the quesillo to taste exactly how they make it in , nagarote! And don’t want to buy a plane ticket. Come here! If you want to eat your moms gallo pinto, with carne asada! But can’t afford a ticket to Nicaragua right now! Come here! This is the closest thing to eating food in Nicaragua! Straight from your grandmas house! Quality is great! The service was exceptional! And you can tell the cook really puts in the effort with making sure the food is fresh, and tasty! I’ve traveled all around the east trying to find a good nica spot! And this is the one! Deff worth the drive! Come early because she will run out of some stuff! Also I’m Not being bias! This place is
A beautiful place to enjoy with family, with super delicious fresh food and fair portions at reasonable prices, and the owner with her daughter Sarita are so kind they make you feel at home. Seeing the food brings back memories of our lovely Nicaragua. !!! Volveremos pronto sin duda alguna 🇳🇮❤️
First impression was that the design of this space is gorgeous!! In addition to being clean and neat, the artwork is beautiful and bright, and the seating is so elegant. The food itself was delicious and fresh. We ordered a lot and it all came out hot and crispy. They also served us a lot of food despite mostly ordering appetizers, so I thought the price was fair. I honestly would have been fine just eating one appetizer. The waitress was so sweet. After leaving, I realized that Caphe Roasters was closed so I came back for coffee and to do some work. She brought me water without asking and was so welcoming. I'm excited to return in the future and I think it's well worth a visit!
Once again always keeping it true and fair. I do have some bias due to being Nicaragua. My Sis told me about this place so we came to give it support. Aesthetically the place screams Nica, the main art piece is beautiful. The Vibrant colors and wall decor is a reminder of how beautiful our country is. Now, lets get to the food. I ordered the carne asada with gallo pinto and tajadas. El gallo was great transported me to my childhood when mom didnt cook...( if anyone knows my mom they get the joke) the meat portion was very small for the price point. My wife who is from DR ordered el vigoron. Which basically is yuca and seasoned pork. She eat it of course but was salty for her taste. What true Dominican will true down yuca or platano... We had a dessert which was yummy accompanied with some g
So good! The people are friendly, and the whole place has a warm, welcoming vibe. Definitely one of the best spots for authentic Nicaraguan food!
