I ordered a pizza with extra cheese (which costs extra) and when I received the pizza it barely had any cheese at all. I brought it to the employees attention which they replied “that is extra cheese”, so then I asked for a refund and they would not refund me. I then asked for the manager which the employee said he would be right out. I waited about 15 minutes and he/she never came so I left and called corporate. They will not get my money again.
Descent sized location with outstanding service. It's nice to see they frequently hold children's birthday parties. I would definitely recommend here over the areas other pizza places. Keep it up.
Awesome pizza hut u don't find pizza huts like this anymore. Staff was wonderful,for all of them being a young in age staff they looked like they enjoyed their job. Very well maintained and clean place. If in the area stop in 😊
ABSOLUTELY my favorite Pizza Hut in all of Texas!!!! Hands down!! From San Antonio and every time I come to carizzo I have to stop and eat here! There is something in the dough that just makes it perfect! (Yes I am currently sitting here full tummy and all just thinking about how much I love it)
If I could leave a negative review I would. Service was horrible. Food was cold. Delivery took 30 minutes longer than expected. And when trying to call the store, no one answers.
