When I tell you are this is by far THE BEST PIZZA BUT in LITTLE ROCK ARKANSAS!!! All of the staff are friends sweet and amazing!! Food is always so hot and fresh!! Thumper and Shun are freaking incredible!!! I’m all smiles I cannot wait to dig into my Valentine Heart Pizza!!! Thank you all so much for going ABOVE AND BEYOND TO SATISFY NOT ONLY YOUR STAFF BUT YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!

I usually do not go out of my way to leave bad reviews, but I have had nothing but issues with this location. I have probably placed a total of 5-6 orders here within the past several months. Absolutely EVERY TIME my order is wrong. It has gotten to the point that I no longer even call to get a refund/my order fixed because they act like I’m the problem. My last order was supposed to have an order of Traditional buffalo mild wings. Not only was I shorted on the number (which has happened to me before, and when I called the guy acted like I was a problem for him)…but they were also the wrong flavor and the sauce had spilt all out of the bag. I order from this location all the time and they always take good care of me. Only issue I’ve ever had was when a DoorDasher stole my food and cancelled my order. I went in the next day and the manager, Thumper, handled my refund like an absolute professional. I will definitely continue to give this location my business.

THUMPER IS WONDERFUL! SHE WAS PATIENT, KIND, AND VERY CONSIDERATE! I was having a very difficult day and I mistakenly went to the wrong location to pick up my call in order. I couldn’t drive to the other location because it was further away and I needed to get home. Thumper helped me by calling the other location and asking them to cancel my order. I sincerely appreciate what she did. She made my day!

We took advantage of the $2 pizza deal. There was more crust than it was actual edible pizza with cheese and toppings. They were very stingy with the toppings. I just feel like we basically paid the money to get some baked dough with a Sprinkle of ingredients. It lacked sauce. It was dry. And then when we asked for cheese and pepper we were told we had to pay for them because they came in a shaker. I remember in the 1980s and very early 90s Pizza Hut had some of the best pizza that money could buy. The recipe changed and the quality went in the toilet! I quit eating Pizza Hut years ago but my children seem to like it. I reminded them of some of the items that you used to be on the menu that no longer exist.
