&pizza

Had an awful experience trying to use one of the coupons Town Hall Guide sent us in the mail. The &pizza near VCU campus told us they couldn't validate the coupon and "we don't know who's sending them out." I don't blame either employee because obviously this is a management issue. They must have paid Town Hall Guide for this marketing flyer, and not even bothered to inform the staff. Emailing support was a dead end, too. No one at corporate seems to care.

This was my first time ordering from this place. I ordered through Uber eats. The pizza was not good at all. I would have been better off going to the grocery store and getting a frozen pizza. Also Uber eats would not refund any of my money for the bad quality. Don't order from this place.

Excellent pizza , great staff at the N. Laurel location. Came here on a Monday afternoon and the service and food was great ! It’s like a Chipotle for pizza ( pick your own toppings / build your own pizza ). I had the manager make me a pie of his liking , he asked some questions on what I prefer and don’t prefer and the pizza came out freaking delish ! I’d def come back and hopefully get another one of those pizzas !

Went there for lunch and no customers were there & was pretty much greeted by the whole staff(like 10 of them)! Not sure if that was cool or just plain creepy. Did not know what to do(how to order). I was politely escorted to the back of the store where apparently you order and was again greeted by an army of staff. I was guided to an overhead TV menu of different types of pizza fixings pizzas. Most confusing at first but, understandable none the less. I opted for the Maverick. A cheese and meat type pizza and also added mushrooms and bacon. After I placed my order I assumed I needed to walk to the front of the store to pay for it? Yes. I was right. Greeted again, of course. And was asked what I ordered. I told her and paid. I then waited about 10 minutes and was asked to get back in lin

The worst &Pizza you could ever go to. I walked in, wasn’t greeted, and before I could check out the menu, I was told “it’ll be about 15 mins before we can get to it, we’re backed up with online orders, with a smirk. It’s almost like they’re trained to turn away business. Save your money and go elsewhere.
