The food was really good and nicely presented. We ordered quite a bit, and they cooked it fast, which was impressive. Everything looked great and had that authentic flavor. We arrived around 9 p.m., close to closing time at 10, so I understand the staff was ready to finish up but the service could’ve been a bit better. Even near closing, it’s important to keep the same level of hospitality. The atmosphere was quiet, not the liveliest, but overall I liked it. Because of the great food and quick preparation, it deserves 4 stars. With just a little improvement in service, it would easily be a 5-star spot.

I wish there was a way to put negative stars. Worst experience, the food was bland. The chicken felt old. The fried rice I don’t know what they used but it was so greasy it didn’t do us any good to our stomachs. The server we had was the only one that night, some guy came in and started smacking her rear. Not a great sight for our small children. The sauces felt watered down. Definitely not a great experience as a first time coming. First and last time coming here. Trying to find parking is a horror. Street parking only.

Really enjoyed the roasted chicken from here but not when I’m receiving pink chicken.. Especially when the lady at front is so demanding on paying “cash only” & “to be on time when the order is ready” for P/U orders sure no problem but not to receive my chicken undercooked? Seems like they are rushing and don’t fully cook meals SMH.

Food is good. Combos are good even though they charged me $10 more than it says on their online menu. Plus the fact it says 2 Liter soda not 2 Liter Inca . Thank God my kids drink it because if not I would have flipped out. Customer service is horrible.. I called to order and she said “preferably cash” and before i could ask if they don’t take cards she just hung up. I called back and asked if they take cards and she said yes. I go in and I’m trying to pay to get it out of the way and she’s just on her damn phone, doesn’t even look up at me and just says you can pay when I give you your food. I came to this place a few years ago and they were so unprofessional and my son asked me to order from here and I said to myself, “maybe they got better.” Never again..now I see why they have so many
