PONKO Chicken Duluth

Ponko Chicken in Duluth was fantastic! I ordered the chicken tacos and fried pickles, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The tacos had crispy, juicy chicken with great seasoning, and the toppings balanced everything really well. The fried pickles were hot, crunchy, and addictive—easily some of the best I’ve had. The atmosphere was casual and welcoming, and the food came out quickly. I’ll definitely be back to try more from the menu. Highly recommend!

Absolutely delicious! I got the tofu tenders, sweet fried, and rice. All of it was incredibly flavorful. The sweet fries were nice and crispy and warm (which can be difficult with sweet potato fries I have found). Very affordable as well. Staff was super helpful in answering questions. Would recommend stopping by.

I had an amazing experience at Ponko Chicken in Duluth! The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor — definitely some of the best chicken I’ve had in a while. The restaurant was very clean and well-kept, which I always appreciate. I especially want to shout out the manager, Mandy. She was so pleasant, welcoming, and professional. Her customer service really stood out and made the whole experience even better. You can tell she truly cares about the customers and the environment she runs. Great food, great service, and great atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back!

Food was really well prepared! The staff was friendly and provided great service. Area of improvement- some older gentleman was playing a video very loudly and that was affecting the dine in experience. Request the staff to step in these kinds of events and tell such customers to be respectful of folks around them and keep the noise level low. It makes me less determined to go back to this location because if this experience

I tried Ponko for the first time, and I'm disappointed. My chicken and sweet potato fries were overcooked. The children and fries were burnt. The BBQ sauce was overwhelming. I had cleaned the BBQ sauce off the chicken. Customer service was terrible. The middle-aged black man at the counter didn't greet me. I gave him a generous tip, and he didn't even say thank you.
