Poppin Notary

My packages were stolen while at the USPS NOTARY store! Some were delivered on June 20, 2025. The owner alerted me that i could not pick up my packages. Because i did not have a PO BOX to receive packages at his USPS NOTARY store. The store owner told me a couple of weeks ago. The carriers never come back & pick up the packages. He claimed certain packages of mines never came to his shipping address. The delivery carriers took photos of the inside of the store. Proving my packages were delivered to the Notary, USPS location. Someone stole my packages! GGO EXPRESS has photos of my packages being delivered inside you're front business lobby. And also they're system shows not received! I have all the photos & email since June 20, 2025. Thank you very much!

Had a package delivered to them and I called and said I may be 1 or 2 minutes late but I live nearby and the man refused to wait for two whole minutes. You missed an opportunity to build community and a high level of customer service. You opted for Amazon packages so your customer service should be at their level. Your nice and polite yes, but you could have tried to help me and you chose not to and want to make excuses.

This place gets a 2 stars only because of the convenience of the location, and that, eventually, the job got done. Otherwise, it would have been a 1. I made a 10:30 appointment, and paid online. When I arrived at 10:30 AM, I was told by, a man I'll call Mr. R., that there would be no witnesses available until noon. However, none of that was communicated to me when I booked my appointment online. I was told, in a very inconvenienced attitude, that he'd squeeze me in at noon (so 2 trips for me, on a Friday). From their website: "Certain documents may require witnesses. If needed, in-store witnesses may be provided as part of the $20 admin fee." Note it says "witnesses" plural. I was then told, in store at the initial10:30 time, that he'd only have one witness available at noon. My friend

Poor customer service, felt sketchy. I Would not recommend this store to handle any Professional documents.

The gentleman who assisted during my appointment was such a nice man! He was polite, friendly, and made the process quick and effortless. I obtained my needed form elsewhere, then Poppin Notary was able to get it notarized in just minutes.
