Customer Reviews
The most beautiful sandwich ever. Bun was perfect and soft, tenders were crunchy and cooked well, and they got the lettuce on there! Some other locations I’ve been to have forgotten it, and more than once! Fries are always hot and fluffy inside. And of course, you can never go wrong with the Texas toast. Great spot!
This was my 1rst Canes experience. I didn't realize they only served chicken tenders. So I ordered. The service was courteous and speedy. I ordered the Canes box combo. The chicken had a light crisp to it and it was tender and juicy. The fries were just basic crinkle fries with a hint of salt. Nothing to write home about. The canes sauce was very good for dipping chicken and fries in. It made the fries more palatable. The slaw was just slaw. Good, but again, nothing to write home about. I waited too long to eat the Texas Toast. It had cooled and steamed by the time I arrived home. I put it in my toaster to remedy that. It was good and had a crisp. I was happy after that. I will revisit this establishment.
I dined in today around 6 PM and had great service! The young lady working in the lobby, wearing a red shirt and with black hair, was very attentive and checked on us many times to make sure we had everything we needed. The crew at the front taking our order were fast and efficient, and during their downtime, they all kept the lobby clean. It was nice to see these young workers actually putting in effort and making sure customers have a great experience especially nowadays when it’s rare to see young people go above and beyond instead of doing the bare minimum. It was a great experience overall!
Went through drive through and ordered fine. Got to the window and the lady did not know who I was asked what drink I had. Then proceeded to give me the drink and NO STRAW. Also I could see my food waiting there since they are very fast. She did not simply give me the food she just closed the window and left it sat for about 2 mins awkwardly. Once she realized, she gave me the food with attitude and worst of all NO STRAW. Do better at the window.
The lady manager here is very nice on 12/28/25! Definitely much better than the Wendy’s next door that location is going down fast definitely recommend eating at raising Cane‘s or In-N-Out!
