If you’re anywhere near Niagara, Red Ganache is an absolute must-visit for coffee and dessert lovers. Their strawberry shortcake is out of this world, truly one of the best I’ve ever had. I’ve literally driven 3 hours round-trip just to pick up a cake for my auntie’s birthday because it’s that good. All of their cakes are beautifully made, fresh, and full of flavor. You can really taste the quality in every bite. Whether you’re grabbing a latte, a slice of cake, or ordering something special for an occasion, Red Ganache never disappoints. If you’re in Niagara Falls or the Niagara Region, do yourself a favor and stop by for a coffee and some dessert. Highly recommend!

I recently bought a cake from Red Ganache at 5592 Robinson St, Niagara Falls, and honestly, it was a great experience from start to finish. The cake itself was really, really good fresh, rich, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. Yes, the price might feel a little high at first, but once you taste it, you’ll understand that it’s absolutely worth it for the quality. You truly get what you pay for here. What stood out to me the most was how easy and smooth the whole ordering process was. Communication was super simple I placed my order easily over a phone call, and they were very clear, polite, and helpful. I found this absolute gem of a bakery while just walking around the area, and it was amazing. This bakery was so cozy and small, a welcoming environment with wonderful staff. Their treats were amazing, a lot of things were made by their chefs and it wasn’t at all too sweet. The raspberry had amazing jam and their cakes were light and fluffy. They had amazing drinks to! 10/10, would come back.

This little gem is absolutely amazing! The atmosphere was great with indoor and outdoor seating. The pastries are made daily so everything is super fresh. The owner is part of the experience. She has a wonderful personality which mirrors the feeling you get when you enter three bakery. We had the ham and cheese croissant (it's more than you're typical ham and cheese), passion fruit tart (ridiculous), and there pistachio eclair! Everything was absolutely delicious! This is an absolute must visit when in Niagara!
