Red Lobster

If you enjoy seafood, generous portions, and warm service, this Red Lobster is an excellent choice. We had an amazing experience from start to finish. The food and drinks were fantastic, with generous portions. The cocktails were well-made and refreshing. The service was friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind, making us feel welcomed right away. The restaurant itself was clean, comfortable, and easy to enjoy, with a relaxed atmosphere that suits everything from a casual lunch to a special occasion. Bonus: There is free parking available.

Great food and excellent service! Had a wonderful experience at Red Lobster. The food was fresh, delicious, and perfectly cooked. What really made our visit special was the outstanding service from Michaela. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right throughout our meal. Red Lobster is alive in business today however far from it used to be… the food is still good and prices are adequate however portions are smaller and if you want something more you need to pay more, salads are not included, portions are smaller, baked potatoes and smash potatoes are different from what they used to be! One definitely will get more value out of a meal if you’re dining out on a different franchise such as Chucks or One eye Jack or any Italian restaurant for that matter! I had a decent meal today however I feel I get more for my money dining elsewhere, unfortunately I will not be eating in Red Lobster again, it saddens me but nowadays every cent counts!

My daughter insisted on having her birthday dinner here, and this was our third family birthday celebration at this restaurant in the past year. We’ve always had great service and great food. On a previous visit, my mom’s steak was overcooked, and the staff went above and beyond to fix it, which we really appreciated. I also love that the kids’ meals are reasonably priced and generous—perfect for three seafood-loving girls. This visit was especially lovely. We were greeted so warmly by Director Richard, who made my daughter’s birthday extra special. We were a large group and had two fantastic servers, Laura and MaryJane, who took wonderful care of us. We’ll definitely be back!

Sheldon was exceptionally nice, helpful and attentive. Excellent service, I encountered 4 or 5 other staffers including the manager. ( Bryan I think) who helped me get into the restroom with my walker and the hostesses helped me too especially Rita. This restaurant reminded me of when Red Lobster was on top in its genre. Ours in Amherst had a decline after they were sold and then shuttered. Thank you, see you soon.
