Very nice building with a lot of bathrooms fairly clean for a beach bathroom.
Great spot. First time there. The only downside was that there were too many cars up and down the beach.
It's not lodging like it's listed. It's just a set of showers and restrooms beside the beach at New Smyrna which is very convenient after a day at the beach before you get in your car. You get to rinse the sand and surf off at the shower and then you can change in the restroom. Wish they had these at Playalinda in Titusville.
Well maintained. Access to public.
