Rice House Express Glenn Heights

I just moved to Glenn Heights. I’m glad that this place is down the street from my house. I was reading the reviews. It was a little spectacle about it, but they definitely didn’t disappoint. This food is amazing. Probably the best I’ve ever had. I will definitely keep coming back I do wish they had a better delivery service because they don’t pop up on Uber Eats. Other than that I’ll keep coming back.

Highly disappointed tonight I was excited to get my family the bacon fried rice and the bacon is completely burnt to the point of not being edible! The fact that the chef looked at this and thought someone was gonna eat it….is honestly disturbing this will be the last time I eat here

I visited the Rice House Express for the first time and was NOT disappointed. I both achris and St. Louis style rice. You have a customer for life.

I understand the cooks only have two hands and they have a lot of orders. The problem is the wait time stated when placing the orders. They tell you 25 to 30 minutes when is going to be an hour or more and they know that. The employee told me that is policy to say those times that they cant tell you an hour even do it will take an hour. At that point they are making the choice for you to wait that long. You have already waited 35 minutes and dont have a choice but to wait for your food. When I got to the restaurant the parking lot was full and inside the restaurant was a lot of angry customers waiting for their food. Either expand the kitchen or get a bigger location or tell the customers the correct waiting time

Do not order through Door Dash. They forgot my food-like they always do-and after calling and waiting on hold, I was told they couldn't give me the missing food. I had to submit for a refund through Door Dash and reorder what I already paid for. By the time I was off hold, i was already in the parking lot and the lady at the register wouldnt even start the missing food until i did the rigamarole with Door Dash. Despite the fact I'm literally standing in front of the human being at the store's register. Worst service. Worst policy and the food is in no way worth any of the headache that comes with it. Just..don't...give them your $.
