Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Customers beware! Unfortunately, I didn't check my receipt until I got home to find that somehow a 32 percent tip was added onto my $10 purchase!! Paid by credit card and there was NO screen or other indication asking if I wanted to leave a tip. I tapped the screen (showing $10.18 order) with my card, then the kid working the counter spun the screen around and asked if I wanted a receipt. This was evening of June 7 around 8:30pm. smh

Lovely place. Showed up with three gift cards, but the card reader wouldn't register or read them due to technical problem. Thought I'd go home empty handed, but they rang us up for free. Definitely coming back another time, wonderful costumer service.

Well!! Great location with hardly ever a crowd unlike that crazy polar cub down the highway. Unfortunately they have been getting a little stingy with serving size.

The prices went up & the portions down. The 5$ large was tiny, not worth the price. The young employees have no personality whatsoever.. I'll never go back here, waste of time & money. Polar Cub (a million times better) is always crowded & Ritas is not. Get some friendly employees & give customers what they pay for, not pathetic servings..

Perfect rita’s visit. Bella did a fantastic job assisting me. She honored my bogo coupon and gave me custard on the bottom as well as the top of my italian ice. couldn’t be more happy with the service and quality!
