The food was excellent - very flavourful and not too spicy. We got the lamb vindaloo, OG butter chicken, and gosht biryani. The dishes were moderately priced, though it was a bit sad that none of the dishes came with naan or plain rice, so we had to order those separately. The service was excellent. Our waitress Gungun helped us decide what to eat, took great care of us during our visit, and split the bills for our group. The interior design of the restaurant is really elegant and aesthetically pleasing. Some of the single-person seats had some dust & debris on them, so they could have been cleaner. The music playing over the speakers was nice, but was just a bit too loud for my friends and me. Overall, I'd recommend a visit if you're looking for some delicious North Indian food, solid
The food was AMAZING. You can either order a main course or shareable sides (they have a lot of options), and sharing is my favourite type of dining experience, so I loved that. The service was okay. We ordered a bottle of white wine and had to ask the server for a bucket of ice (it should be served with the bottle). He also tried to sell us the only bottle of red wine, saying it was $70, but we know a bottle like that would usually cost around $100 in a restaurant, so we felt like we might have been charged more. Also, the drinks are really expensive, that’s the main reason we got a bottle of wine. The music was loud. We were the only ones in the restaurant, so it didn’t need to be THAT loud. Maybe 10 customers arrived as we were leaving around 11 p.m., so it might be more of a nightlif
Rutba truly stands out as one of the fine-dining gems in Niagara, offering a beautiful blend of elegance, comfort, and a calm, refined atmosphere. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the tastefully done ambience—warm lighting, classy décor, and a serene vibe that instantly sets the mood for a relaxed dining experience. The staff were extremely polite, well-mannered, and welcoming, which always adds to the overall experience. Everyone we interacted with was courteous and professional. The only small drawback was that at times we had to wait a bit longer for someone to pass by so we could call them, which slightly interrupted the flow of service. That said, the staff were attentive once approached and very willing to help. When our food arrived, everything looked beautifully
I was visiting from New Jersey for just one day, and this place immediately caught my eye with its menu and inviting food photos. Based on that alone, I decided to give it a try — and I’m so glad I did. The food did not disappoint at all. Every dish was full of flavor, well-prepared, and served in generous portions. You can really taste the quality and effort that goes into their cooking. The only downside was the wait time after placing my order — it took about 15–20 minutes before the food arrived. But considering how fresh and delicious everything tasted, it felt worth the wait. Overall, I’m really impressed with this spot. It definitely lived up to the expectations I had from the menu and photos. I’d happily come back again on my next visit!
It was our first visit there what an amazing experience … wowwwww Service was quick. All the servers were amazing they’re doing such a great job. The food was so good. We had house special Chicken(forgot the name of the actual dish), shahi paneer and drinks. Interior, the lighting, tables everything was so good. Thankyou for extra shots 🍷😌💅 I didn’t take pictures of food. Was too hungry lol. Well definitely would go back. Bravo to the manager and all the servers you guyz are good at your job and very professional. ((Idk why there’s negative reviews like about prices and all. My opinion low balls should go to food trucks. They dont have to come here like if you expecting 5$ food don’t come here simple as that. Coz we were group of 5 people and they handled it well)))
