This place is great, music, vibes, and atmosphere is so inviting and cozy. I tried the Pineapple N Passion fruit tea with boba and it was delicious. I’ve never quite had a drink like that but I love experiencing new things and I’m glad I did! The server Kassandra is fabulous. She was so inviting and friendly. Kassandra thoroughly answered any questions I had and gave great recommendations!! She is the best and I will definitely be coming back for more. Thank you Raramen in Clayton!!

We walked into RaRamen and were seated by the window. The space is small, but it doesn't feel cramped or uncomfortable. We started with the butterfly potato shrimp, the braised pork bao, and the chashu bao. I’d skip the butterfly potato shrimp. It had an odd flavor, and the texture was off. I wouldn't call it pleasant. My sister enjoyed her braised pork bao, but the chashu left me wanting more. The pork slice was paper-thin, and at over four dollars per bao, I expected something a bit more substantial. I originally tried to order the omurice, but it turns out it’s only available on weekends. There was no note about that on the menu that I could find, which was frustrating. Hailey seated us immediately, provided us with menus and gave us a nice, clean booth. She came back at an appropriate time after we reviewed the menu. She diligently took our order and kindly made some suggestions upon our request. We ordered the tonkatsu ramen, miso ramen and chicken katsu rice with the brown sugar bubble milk tea, taro milk tea and Thai milk tea. Honestly, for the price of the bubble tea, it is too watered down. It needs more flavor mix and milk. The bubbles were overcooked, so it lost its bouncy chewiness. Side note, there should be an asterisk denoting the additional charge of $0.75 for boba on all drinks other than the brown sugar bubble milk tea. I thought for $6.75 the drinks would come with boba. If you do want to try a drink, of the three, the brown sugar bubble

This place was awesome! The music choices they play were amazing. A few comments below was a comment from Beth, you can see it if you press press newest. It’ll be somewhere under mine. I was there whenever that went down and she brought no kids, and the music that was playing was panic at the disco. In fact, after, the song the server played was a song from Sean Paul. The staff was amazing as well. No complaints chefs kiss. I’ve been multiple times and every time the staff were amazing. Some of the friendliest you’ve ever met. Food was good as well. Please don’t try to lie on these nice people! They are all amazing!
