Here are the highlights of Sandra D's Studio apartment and area: - Sandra welcomed us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the magnificent property: avocado, lemon, lime, live Oak trees on several acres of her property. - The studio apartment has a separate entrance and parking is a short walk away, very private from the main house but a short walk around the back to the swimming pool. - Incredible view from the swimming pool deck with comfortable lounge chairs. - We arrived to an immaculately clean apartment and very nicely decorated. Sandra is such a hospitable hostess and this B & B is setup perfectly for a cozy rendezvous in a serene country setting. From birds chirping, to various floral landscaping, you'll feel like you've stepped into your own peaceful escape. Make sure to call ahead to confirm your schedule arrangements and directions. The house is a good 15 minutes away from the town stores, so be prepared to bike or have a vehicle. But it's probably best to just enjoy the tranquility of the natural surroundings of the property. There is so much peace to be found in gazing off into the lush-green mountainous valley range. I believe that this stay is the best retreat for a couples romantic escape or if you just want to getaway from it all.

Spent a weekend here while we visited friends. Our room was a comfy suite with separate kitchenette. My wife liked the jacuzzi tub. Sandra provides an abundance of little personal touches that make a difference when you're away: a plate of sweets and drinks in the evening, candles (electric) everywhere, night lights, a bowl of savoury snacks, tea and coffee supplies and the list goes on. The bed is large and, in February, fitted with warm flanelette sheets.||||This is a large property with lovely views over a valley from the deck towards the north and east. There is a pool, though the weather for our visit did not encourage its use. My fiancée and I were seeking a place to relax, regroup our thoughts and reconnect as a couple and we found Sandra's Guest House as the perfect place to do so. ||Her home is located in the outskirts of Fallbrook, CA; which is a small, quaint town, with a diverse and yet friendly community. A place where "everybody knows each other". While the actual guest house is remotely secluded and in the countryside; it only takes 8-10 minutes to get to the center of town. Best of both worlds!||The place was setup immaculately with warm decor, inviting artwork and a soothing feel about it. Finishing touches such as a stocked fridge, fruits, snacks & beverages, mint-chocolates and flowers, made us feel pampered and right at home. Even the bathroom has everything one could want! Just bring your clothes!

The photos on the site are a smidge old, but it’s more or less the same. We stayed for a few days with a dog and 2 kids under 3, and the entire time I was nervous something would get knocked over and break. There was a lot of Knick knacks and decorations everywhere, they looked like personal things not just random target decorations. I did love all the indoor plants though, the pothos plant in the living room was my favorite. We booked the house & the in-law suite for the stay, but a week or so before was told the in-law was occupied and found our 2 guests a place down the road. It was a bit of a turn off to stay at a strangers house, so they ended up bringing a trailer down and camping by the beach. There were a lot of house rules, but nothing that shouldn’t be followed already. Just be
