Contrary to public opinion, this bathroom was NOT locked at 12pm on a Saturday. Hours remain a mystery
Closed at 9am on a Sunday. Hours should be posted! And it should be open more often than not! Why can’t we have nice things, Philly?

It’s usually locked and there’s no sign explaining the hours. It’s really disgraceful that they’ve built a public restroom that’s inaccessible to the public
