Very small portions on the carne guisada to go plates ($11.00); rip off. You're better off ordering a taco as it would probably have more food. Nasty and old guisada and beans. I ordered my eggs over easy and received one done ok and the other was an egg white with a tiny piece of dried yolk. I'll be posting pictures. They have severely overcharged and I will not be back and I'll make sure to let family and friends know. I'm actually insulted. At least give your customers their money worth and a reason to return. I wouldn't mind paying $11 for decent food and a decent amount of it but don't expect it here. It was fairly packed, maybe you get better portions if you get down. Idk but this is an easy pass for me and my family. We work too hard for our money to leave it to stingy people. Gross

I love Silvas their breakfast never fails it’s always good the cooks are amazing and the waiteress is friendly kind and hard working If you ever want a good breakfast taco come to Rancho Alegre and Silvas won’t fail !

Who doesn't know how to cook chilaquiles? This restaurant has been stuck in the twilight zone with their story of NO chilaquiles! Regardless, what they DO know how to cook is delicious 😋. Quaint little restaurant family small town feel.

Not sure how you feel about breakfast tacos or breakfast in general, but this place is AMAZINGLY GREAT. If you think your up for the challenge try the Don Silva. I dare you. Aside from trying to eat taco of mass proportions just about anything else on that menu is really really good. If you have stopped there yet you need to make a point to. Yes it is that good. Great food amd friendly small town service.
