Sining Cafe @ The Exchange

Good vibes, coffee and treats! Lots of delicious Pinoy inspired desserts. I highly recommend the ube crinkle cookies. The dirty ube and cappuccino were delicious as well. Staff is super nice as well.

Sining Cafe is a must visit when in Niagara Falls. Their pastries are so delicious, especially the Ube Croissant and Crinkle Cookies. It's located inside the Exchange Building and is the perfect, quiet place to get some work done if you bring your laptop. The coffee they serve is locally roasted and they use high quality Matcha in their drinks. They also mentioned they are doing catering and cake decorating classes. We can't wait to come back!

Had been looking forward to trying this new place I’d seen posting their matcha, unfortunately I was really disappointed by the experience. I’ve been a regular matcha drinker for years and this was the most expensive matcha I’ve ever ordered in Niagara coming to approx. $9 so I had high hopes. The barista accidentally made it with dairy the first time and remade it for me so I didn’t want to ask for a 2nd re-make, but I wish I would have. Not sure if this was simply an off day or a fluke, but I received very little matcha in the drink which left me drinking a pale, clumpy latte that fell short of expectations and regrettably ended up going to waste as it was too sweet for me to drink more than a few sips. I had a great experience here last Friday, it’s an amazing Filipino cafe with delicious food and drinks, their ube items just taste soo good. Me and my gf really enjoyed it. Lovely baristas who were very patient and helpful, we had an amazing conversation about how they run their cafe and it was really sweet. Would 100% reccomend!!

I’m so happy to see one my favourite Filipino small businesses expand into a café here in Niagara Falls. The space is aesthetically pleasing and clean, you can tell a lot of thought was put into the vibe. The desserts and pastries are such a great representation of Filipino flavors, especially the Ube croissant I’ll definitely be coming back next time to try more of their selections.
