Customer Reviews
Stopped by Six Peaks Grille for a light meal and had a mixed experience here. The restaurant is beautiful, the service was excellent, but one of the dishes didn't agree with my palate. To be fair though this is a steakhouse and I didn't have the steak which i would definitely try the next time if I visit here again.
Great fine dining restaurant with incredible views of the mountains, we were there in the summer time for beautiful sunsets. The mocktails were amazing to start. The vegetable of the day was spectacular!! The combination of sweet and spicy was perfect. Hamachi was fresh and tons of flavor —loved!! But wow the filet mignon with a bone marrow crust truly was incredibly delicious. Must order that with the chimichurri sauce too. Lobster tail had great flavor but a little over cooked. Dessert was phenomenal too, the lava cake filled with warm berries and toasted marshmallow with ice cream— yes please! Definitely recommend 10/10
My husband and I both agree that the scallops dish we had here was by far the best we have ever had. Absolutely incredible. Our server Luis was wonderful - friendly and happy to answer any questions we had about the meal (including interrogating the chef for us on their technique for cooking the mushrooms).
Worst service and food ever considering the price! Steak sold for $150 but messed up between medium rare and medium well. Poured out wine on the table but no apology. Serving food with deadly face like if she just broke up.
Some nice gems on the wine list. Indoor is classy but comfortable. Outside is stunning, wrapped by the skyline of Olympic Valley. The Chef Chris Watkins is really, really talented. Hands down the best meal we have had in the Tahoe/Truckee basin. If you have not dined her you are missing out.
