Smoke Daddies BBQ

The food at Smoke Daddy’s Barbecue was genuinely very good. We ordered the brisket sandwich, brisket plate, classic burger, and fries, and everything came out fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. No complaints on taste at all, the kitchen clearly knows what it’s doing! Where the experience falls short is service. The soda fountain is located just outside the kitchen, so you have to ask a staff member for refills. That becomes frustrating when servers aren’t attentive or are busy talking among themselves. Having to leave your table to get someone’s attention just to refill a drink takes away from an otherwise great meal. The restaurant itself is clean, and the pricing feels fair for the quality of food. If service were more attentive and the drink setup more convenient, this would easily

Stopped by SmokeDaddies BBQ in Navasota and was seriously impressed. I had the brisket tacos and they were outstanding tender smoky and full of flavor. You can tell the brisket is done right. What really made the experience special was the service. The brisket egg rolls were not even on the menu. Nick the owner took the time to make them personally. That kind of off menu effort and personal touch is rare and shows how much pride they take in their food and customers. They were so good I am hoping to see them on the menu soon. The restaurant has great rustic charm and do not get confused walk straight to the back to order. It is part of the experience and fits the authentic BBQ vibe perfectly. Fantastic food great people and a place I will definitely be back to.

Wow!! What a find along our route back home! Had the Brisket Grilled cheese!!! Will get this each time through town ( only thing would change is type of bread-sweet Hawaiian or sourdough) Hubby had the brisket tacos and pineapple sausage!!! All of it was so FLAVORFUL and really moist! Perfectly done right brisket! We had the banana pudding for dessert and had to wait for fresh bananas fabulous all over highly recommend

Had the brisket quesadilla Ribs Sausage Brisket sandwich and they were DELICIOUS AND COOKED PERFECT. Red and green salsa were also delicious. Will definitely be back when on town!! Try it! You won’t regret it!!!

I don’t know if it was an off day or if I came to late (5pm on a Sunday) but this was my first time going. I ordered half a pound of mixed brisket and a full rack of the ribs and a small side of Mac and cheese, green beans and potato salad. And an order of the banana pudding. The brisket was a little tough and was too dry for our liking, we used the bbq sauce and it made it a little better. But the ribs. So disappointed, they were so dry and tough that we couldn’t eat them, I will try to refresh them with some bone broth in the cooker so it won’t go to waste. The potato salad was great and the green beans were good as well. The Mac and cheese was too watery to serve on the plate and had no seasoning or salt. The pudding was the best I’ve had in awhile though! They were sold out of chicken
