Snoopy's Hot Dogs & More

Ok, I've been looking to try Snoopy's for years...the customer service was ok. I was so happy to see they had Mello Yello. Its a rare fountain drink choice these days. We opted to dine in. So you order in one part of the building. Go out the door with your food and dine outdoors or right next door in the adjacent dining room. The burger and fries were good. The hot dog tastes as if its been sitting in "hot dog water" all day. So it has no flavor and the texture is that of a Vienna sausage. The chili on the hot dog is just not good at all. Off putting texture and taste.

Been going here for years. Great hotdogs, burgers and amazing fries! Outside seating and an indoor seating!

Dined in in the spare room. Sometimes it can be a little noisy but not today. Hot dogs were delicious. My friend got the the double cheeseburger. The fries were hot, fresh and crispy. Crinkles not shoestring. Reminder burgers and dogs come with mustard chili and onions unless you specify otherwise. They have bbq sandwiches, soup, and their famous chicken salad. I will be looking at that on my next visit. The chicken salad club is excellent. One half is enough at a time.

Just had the worst customer service experience at Snoopy’s, the black lady in purple with glasses on was incredibly rude to us when the lady at the register got our order wrong. We asked about an additional fry because we had ordered a combo and then 2 additional fries, she yelled at us snatching her order receipt yelling that this is what was ordered and that’s what we were getting. Also a guy ahead of us had to also purchase another thing of fries because his order didn’t get put in right. The white lady at the register was going to offer us our fries for free because it was her mistake but the black lady told her to charge us. This is your mistake. I shouldn’t have to put multiple charges on my card for your inability to take an order. Then after purchasing another fry the black lady

By far the worst hamburger I have ever had. The bun and patty were soggy. I couldn't finish it. I ended up trading it to my high school aged son who said "I can eat it, I'm used to school cafeteria burgers and that's what this tastes like". The fries were okay. We did not get the hot dogs because they were just sitting in water and looked gross at a distance.
