Spicy Mexico

First time coming here and the food was amazing. I ordered the fajita burrito with queso on top. Food came out rather quick and it was absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend this. The waitress, however, was lacking a lot. We saw her to take our drink order, bring our food and That’s it. There was another lady, who I’m assuming was the busser, refilled our drinks, asked us how the food was and took our plates as soon as we finished after she asked. She was top notch. I know wait staff have multiple tables to handle, but we were right by the entrance to the seating section, so she walked by us numerous times and didn’t hear a peep out of her.

We live locally and this has been our go-to favorite place to eat for many years. The food never disappoints. It’s fresh and flavorful. Relaxed atmosphere and clean restrooms. The service is almost always impressive. When we entertain out of town guests this is our choice, and they usually rave about it. They accommodate large groups very well. We highly recommend Spicy Mexico.

Best Mexican restaurant in North Texas! Food is excellent! All the servers and wait staff are amazing! We’ve lived in Bowie for over three years and have tried other local Mexican restaurants, Spicy Mexico keeps us coming back at least 3 to 4 times a month. 10/10

Chile con queso is basic.. the salsa dip was good. Chips tasted fresh and were good. Sour cream chicken enchiladas were 3/5 as they lacked flavor. I poured salsa on top and that made it more flavorful. Water tasted filtered and was enjoyable to drink. Charro beans had good flavor. We shared a dinner plate and the waitress failed to inform us they charge an extra $2.00 because I shared a dish…? If I would’ve know that I would have bought an a la carte enchilada for a dollar or so more and not get charged a random $2…🙄

They were super busy, that's a good sign to me . Chips and salsa was very good. Wait staff was great, kept chips and salsa on our table , kept our tea and water glasses full. Food was very good , second time to eat there . Can't wait to go back again.
