Starbucks

I want to start by saying I love Starbucks, I am there multiple times a week; it’s my happy place. I’ve had the same 2 drinks that I’ve ordered consistently for years. Within the last few months these two drinks have been made very poorly. I know that Starbucks is supposed to follow a recipe for each drink but the lack of consistency from each time I’m there & each barista making the drinks is wild. One of the drinks I order is an iced matcha. Recently, it’s been horrible. I hate being that guy but I have sent it back more times than I can count; the drink is almost $8 (the way I make it) I know the matcha recipe has changed, but that’s not the issue. The issues is that the baristas are putting so much matcha powder that there are literal clumps of matcha & the drink is dark green. It’s ho

Thought my drink was gonna be good because it was light pink and then it tasted like dog water👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Boohoo and I used my OWN MONEY.

I am lactose intolerant

They were closed - it is part of the university, which was closed due to a holiday break. Also - the parking nearby is for faculty or permitted for local residents. This Starbucks is really intended for the college students.
