Starbucks Coffee Company

Such bad service. I told the blonde haired lady with the tattoo sleeve that our coffee was supposed to be iced/cold and she automatically told me to go around and order again through the drive thru. I asked her if she could just make it cold and she said no since there is a price difference. I then asked if she could just charge me the price difference and she said no the system doesn’t let her do that and that I need to go around again and place my order. I then asked for a refund because that is not what we had ordered and she said I had to come inside and when my sister went inside she kept staring her down and giving her ugly looks. When I got my refund it was literally CHEAPER than the original order.

Our breakfast sandwich was fine but our coffee was not consistent with the Starbucks brand quality. Tasted like gas station coffee. That's too bad because we travel through Dumas quite a bit and it's a perfect place to have a drive through Starbucks.

Our coffee was okay. Food was good. The service was mostly excellent, the guy working here on Saturday 11/28/25 was top notch. That's our main reason for four stars instead of three.

I bought a venti iced caramel macchiato, I still tipped and my glass wasn't full. I understand that maybe it doesn't have to be completely full, but it wasn't to the point where they gave it to me. The service from the person who served me was lackluster. I understand that it's a job and at least be a little more courteous.

Initially I had already heard the coffee was trash here from several people. Me and my bf got a hot chocolate on a chilly night heading back to Amarillo. The first sip already had us so disappointed tasted like hot water with a little bit of cream. 100% not worth it. Dumas Starbucks DO BETTER especially when people are paying good money.. $10 for 2 watered down hot chocolates smh.
