Starbucks Coffee Company

Placed a mobile order for drip coffee for in store pickup. App stated it would likely be ready in 12 minutes. I realize Starbucks has a new drip coffee station that appears to be more single cup fills and produces less waste so it can take longer. I saw an employee place a cup at the station after I sat in the Starbucks customer area. 5 minutes passed and at that point it was after the expected pick up time. So I went and asked about it and was told by another employee that I would have to pick it up in the pick up area. He confirmed it was mine but left it sitting there. About 2 minutes passed and the original employee that started my drink got the cup took it to the pick up area and not sure if this was purposely done but the cup hit the counter so hard, coffee went flying out of the lid

The lady behind the counter today was extremely rude. All I did was ask for straws and she got an attitude and said she couldnt hear me. When I asked again all she did was point in the general direction. I also heard her tell another lady beside her that they didn't have the toppings to her drink anymore. No one told her beforehand so obviously she was upset. Just poor customer service.

Got there before 4:30 and waited in line for the bear cup only to be told there is only two. And the lady bought both. The barista told me they come 6 in a box and that the employees bought what they wanted first then opened the doors and the lady behind me started cursing and yelling. This is ridiculous why make a big deal about the drop then don’t send enough for anyone to buy except the selfish employees.

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever visited. I'm not talking about when it's busy (although it's obviously slow then, too), I'm talking when there is nobody else inside & one person in the drive-thru. It shouldn't take 8 minutes to get a drink that was ordered in the app before arriving. Then, when I do get the drink, it's gross! I go to the store in Irondale constantly. I have drinks doordashed from Birmingham often. They're all consistent. I suppose Moody is consistent, too, but consistently bad. I'll just go to 7 Brew from now when I'm in Moody or have it delivered from Trussville.

I placed a mobile order and went inside to pickup. They put an empty cup down with my name but I had to turn it around to see they had written “do not have” on the back. Nobody said anything to me even though I was the only one waiting . I drove out of my way to get coffee and just got an empty cup.
