Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I had tried Zaxbys several yrs ago and have to admit, I was so un-impressed I never went back. So here we are in Moody, Ala and decided to give them a second chance since my wife is a fan of them. We both ordered the Zax Pack. Mine was tossed in the Torched Toungue sauce and I had a some addition Ranch (for the fries) and a spicy Zac sauce. I will start with the young man taking our order. Very friendly and professional and did a great job recommending sauces for myself. Can't say enough good things about the service he provided. Within a very few mins, he was calling me to pick up our order. Food was served hot and fresh and was actually very delicious. Like another reviewer in the comments, I deleted my 1 star review from Apri of this year, to leave another 1 star review!! This location is normally, fast, efficient, and decent. Today, sadly was the opposite. Our $70 order was thrown together in the bags. The sauces from one of the plates leaked all over the others. The bottom of the bag was covered. I had to wipe all the plates off with wipes, before giving them to my family. My blue salad, requested NO blue cheese, extra chicken, and extra fried onions. Instead, I got a regular amount of chicken WITH blue cheese!! I tried to resolve this issue by calling the store, but Kent(he was hard to understand), claiming to be the manager, put me on hold, when I told him my issue, like he was going to ask someone else what to do. My wife went and got 2 zaxby chicken snacks and the fries were almost raw. When called to talk to the manager it was no help. Hire professionals.
