Starbucks Coffee Company

i have heavy regrets going to this starbucks. i asked the lady if the birthday drinks were free and she replied with a “yes and you can pick any size” i ordered a trenta pink drink and a tall vanilla bean frappe witch i paid for. i waited 25 minutes just to get a watered down TALL pink drink and a rotten tasting vanilla bean frappe witch was undrinkabl and ended up paying for both drinks witch was 10$. Im a teenager with no income and was very disappointed with my order. i would not recommend ordering here

Matcha latte was fine, but the caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino was definitely not up to regular Starbucks standards. Also not an efficient place (did a mobile order, came at least 5-10 mins later and order was just being started, it was not busy.) Prices are also jacked up like crazy!

I don’t recommend buying cappuccino from them. First, the price is outrageously high; second, it tastes like slop — made with powdered milk and disgusting beans that I can’t even call coffee.

I got all my friends drinks and cake pops when I look to my cake pop and drinks there was flies everywhere. I was so disgusted. I tried to get a refund, but she, the lady the lady working there said that she could not do anything and that she was so sorry I was totally outraged and upset. I cannot believe I bought my son‘s friends. These drinks. I spend my harder money on this

This Starbucks is inside the Marriott on the Falls. I went to pay with cash and learned they don’t accept it, so I had to walk back to my room to get a card. Prices were noticeably higher than a regular Starbucks. I ordered my usual egg white spinach feta wrap to go. While I was walking back to my room, I unwrapped it and it was cold. Overall, not a great experience.
